We don't hide which pairs work
18 of the 20 pairs translate directly. Only Vietnamese and Chinese have no direct engine between them, so those pass through Korean once. English could serve as the pivot instead, but in testing idioms came out literal and flipped the meaning, so we chose Korean.

Safety
Built before the translation was
When you don't share a language, you have fewer clues about the person in front of you. So we built the safeguards before the features.
Adults only
We confirm you're 18 or older from your date of birth at sign-up. If a minor is found, the account is suspended and the collected data destroyed.
If something feels off, tell us
If a photo or profile makes you uncomfortable, let us know. We check and act within 24 hours. Blocking takes effect immediately, both ways.
Warning signs are caught automatically
Requests for money or investment, nudges to move to another messenger, demands for ID, exposed phone numbers — we look for these in both Korean and Vietnamese and post a warning at the top of the chat.
Blocking hides you both ways
A blocked person no longer appears in Discover or in your chat list, and cannot message you. It works the same way in reverse.
Tell us and the evidence is frozen first
When you let us know we preserve a snapshot of the profile and the conversation as they were. It stays even if the other person deletes or edits it. We review within 24 hours and tell you the outcome.
Your data is yours to take and to erase
Email our support team to receive everything we hold about you, and delete your account yourself in app settings. Deleting hides you immediately and erases everything after 30 days.
